Transformation, Innovation & Strategy

Transformation

‘It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change’. – Charles Darwin

Let me help you to know what you have, the strengths you do not want to lose and what needs to change.

I have designed and implemented evaluation frameworks for projects, programs and organisations including for assessing the economic impact of rural community infrastructure projects based on World Bank models.

The hardest things to change are people’s beliefs; I have successfully implemented positive ageing, refugee resettlement, equity and diversity initiatives, shifting attitudes along the way.

This practical experience is backed up by understanding transformation theory as a Lecturer and tutor in Organisational Change, Deakin University.

Innovation

I can help to get people talking and exchanging ideas, creating a safe and supportive environment for growth, getting beyond coping to thriving in this post-pandemic world. People have been boxed up – how to generate out of the box thinking.

Let me do the leg work to find worldwide best practice that could be applied to your business/organisation/program/project.

Strategy

Coming up with a brilliant idea is just the start, let me help to work out who, what, when, where, and how that idea becomes a reality. How to get the backing or support for the changes you want to make, identifying the key stakeholders, potential backers and blockers, working out a game plan and getting on with it.
